The Pasticceria Venezia’s history was born here, between the marvelous
venetian lands, from centuries of enterprise, beauty and nobility.

It was a small laboratory with a sale outlet for bread and confectionary, where as children we often used to go and play in the hope of enjoying a few morsels of a cake or a candy
I still remember the scents of vanilla, butter and chocolate
we used to breathe in such a magical place, one which, like
the sound of penny-whistle, managed to capture all our
curiosity and fantasy. After all these years, it seems fair to
us to remember those truly cheerful and genuine moments
through this Brand that takes out of the oven goodness of the
highest quality for our celebrations.
Natural Leavening with Sourdough
The crucial feature of our production is the sourdough usage and a complete natural leavening: we have handed it down from our history but still today we are maintaining it and making it an essential feature of our production
